BRIO wants everyone to be able to use www.gobrio.com, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, voice control, or other assistive technology. We build accessibility in from the start, on our own site and on the systems we build for clients.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more usable for people with disabilities, and they are the standard most organizations, courts, and regulators refer to.
What we do
- Use a clear page structure with headings, landmarks, and descriptive link text.
- Make menus, filters, forms, and interactive sections usable with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
- Choose text and button colors that meet WCAG contrast requirements.
- Give meaningful images text alternatives, and hide decorative images from screen readers.
- Honor your device’s reduced-motion setting by pausing animations.
- Design pages to work on phones, tablets, and desktops, and at larger text sizes.
- Test pages with automated tools and manual checks, including keyboard and screen reader testing.
Known limitations
Some content comes from third parties we don’t fully control, such as the cookie consent banner, embedded forms and scheduling tools, and external sites like the Salesforce AppExchange. Some older articles and downloadable files may not fully meet our standard yet. We’re reviewing them and fixing issues as we find them.
Tell us if something doesn’t work
If you have trouble using any part of this site, or you need information in a different format, please let us know. Email [email protected] with “Accessibility” in the subject line, and include the page address and a short description of the problem. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
Ongoing work
Accessibility isn’t a one-time project. We review the site regularly, check new pages before they’re published, and update this statement as we make improvements.
