Engagement Models
Flexible ways to work with BRIO.
From a focused discovery to a long-term dedicated team, we match the engagement to the work, and we’re clear about scope, estimates, and changes from day one.
How engagements work
Clear terms, no surprises
Every engagement runs under a Master Services Agreement, with a Work Order for each project or service that spells out scope, deliverables, timing, and the estimate. When priorities change, a simple change request keeps scope and budget aligned.
Most projects are billed on time and materials against a phase-by-phase estimate. If we expect to exceed it, you’ll hear from us right away, not on the invoice.
Every engagement includes
- A named project lead and a consistent team
- A written scope and estimate before work begins
- Regular check-ins and visible progress
- A clear change request process
- Documentation and training at handoff
- Support after go-live
Choose your model
Five ways to engage
Discovery & Roadmap
A bounded first step. We learn your goals, users, data, and systems, then deliver requirements, a solution design, and a phased roadmap with estimates. Ideal when you’re not yet sure what to build.
Project Delivery
A defined implementation, build, or migration delivered in phases, from design through testing and go-live, followed by a hypercare period with expedited support.
Admin for Hire
A dedicated Salesforce admin for a set number of hours each month, with weekly prioritization and access to BRIO developers and architects when you need more.
Staff Augmentation
Salesforce admins and developers embedded in your team, working in your tools and processes for as long as you need them.
Ongoing Support
A monthly support plan for the systems we build or inherit: fixes, small enhancements, release updates, and a named contact who knows your system.
Not sure which fits?
Many clients start with discovery or a cleanup project, then move to Admin for Hire or ongoing support. We’ll recommend a model after a first conversation.
Getting started
From first call to kickoff
Here’s what happens at each step, what we’ll ask of you, and what you’ll have when it’s done.
Conversation
We talk through your goals, timeline, and constraints, and recommend an engagement model.
Discovery or scoping
For larger work, a discovery phase defines exactly what we’ll build. Smaller work is scoped directly.
Estimate & Work Order
You get a written scope, estimate, and timeline to review and approve.
Kickoff
We introduce your team, set up access and sandboxes, and agree on how we’ll communicate.
Delivery & review
Work arrives in short cycles you review, and any changes go through a change request.
Most projects are time and materials against a written estimate for each phase. Admin for Hire, staff augmentation, and ongoing support are billed monthly. We’ll walk through the options once we understand the work.
Yes. A discovery phase or an org health check is a low-risk way to get a roadmap and see how we work before committing to a larger project.
Change is normal. We document it in a change request that shows the impact on timeline and cost, and nothing moves forward until you approve it.
Yes. Many clients move from a project to Admin for Hire or ongoing support after launch, and the same team stays with them.
